Awesome

Well made, good use of sound effects, and good humour. And you pulled it off without swearing up a storm, having slutty characters, making fun of specific groups, making a parody of some popular series, or anything like that. Good show.
That really, really sucks about the corruption. One of my movies also got corrupted right when it was around 95% done... and I just dropped it. I didn't wanna piss around with poor quality and inserting the few missing frames, plus I still had to do some final touches on some of the earlier frames... That never happened to me until December 2009, and then it continued to happen on occasion. I've been making frequent backups of my movies ever since the first incident. Anyhow, great job.

Gah, that sucks dude, sorry to hear that.

but i'm glad you liked my movie so much! and thanks for the fave too.

Good

That first person view on the coaster was pretty cool. The frame by frame and pencil on paper thing was interesting. Good drawings and quite fitting. It had more text parts than I would've preferred, though.

Horrid quality

The quality is as if you were recording a GBA screen with a video camera. I briefly caught in the credits that you apparently made this in Pivot or something. If possible, you should actually use Flash to make Flash animations... you could probably do a better job, keep the original quality, and reduce the file size.
This was too short and pretty pointless overall. They just sorta decided to fight out of nowhere and then he killed the other guy in one hit.
For sprite movies, you might also want to consider checking out Swish Max if not Flash... I dunno if that's free or whatever, but KNanakase uses that and he makes incredible sprite movies.

I know quality is bad but i just want to put something out for fun but ty for tips

Uh...

Jagi is dead. How would he come back for payback? Your animating techniques were rather stale, and it's absurd to think Kenshiro would just stand around and have his head blown off when this is the same Kenshiro who could cure the blind, catch arrows and throw them back at lightning speed, and take a hail of arrows into his arm, then pull a HUGE fatty out of quicksand with one hand.

You found some nice Hokuto no Ken sprites, but that's about it.

Sounds

To keep the sound in sync, open the Properties panel in Flash, click on the frame you put the sound on, and set the "sync" setting to "stream" (usually on "event" by default). When it's on "stream", it'll even pause the sound when you pause the movie.

Lacking

I didn't really feel the timing. The parts where he jabbed the guy in the back sounded more like sound effects than parts of the song. I don't think this song was a very good choice for timing animation to; it didn't have much of a beat. It didn't sound good how the song kept breaking up when it got closer to the end. The drawings were pretty good, but the animation was pretty cheap.

I don't understand the story. I thought the dark skinned guy might've been a slave or something since he was being toyed with like that, but it seems like he was someone of importance and that the guard was just a retard.

Not good enough for me

The first guy's nose disappeared at times, there was no colour, the bodies were but rough sketches, as was the table. The lip syncing was pretty alright, and I liked how you exaggerated the movements in a cartoony fashion rather than leaving them perfectly still and only animating the mouth (like anime does).
It's pretty pointless and doesn't really entertain me. It's just a test, after all.

Could be better

Play button could use better hit detection (i.e. you should make the holes in the P and A count as the button, as well).

PBass's part was particularly well done. Some of the other ones were pretty good, other ones not so impressive. Overall, I think everyone else should've tried a bit harder. When you're doing a collab like this, you only have to do a short amount of the animating... Like, just 10 seconds or something. It takes me somewhere between 1-3 hours to animate around 1 second worth with pretty decent detail. It's not like you had to get it all done in a day, so I don't think it would be asking too much that each person put around 10-30 hours into their segment.
Most of these barely had any frame by frame, really. There's a time and place for motion tweens, but I don't think 80% of a collab between 9 artists is appropriate. A lot of this just felt kinda cheap.

I didn't feel the connection between Icandraw and JKAmovies at all (by the way, you have one sweet avatar, JKAmovies)... I agree with Nicholas-Deary's points.

Senseless violence

It was pretty pointless and stuff, but I was happy to see it wasn't the same old DBZ crap. Decently made and kind of amusing.
You should edit the song (with something like Audacity) to have it fade out when the movie ends, cut off the remainder of the song (reduce file size), and also set the song's sync setting from "Event" to "Stream" in the Properties panel (in Flash; to make sure the song doesn't end too early or something).

Not bad

The clothes and hat could've been flapping while he was flying (like, maybe a 3 frame loop). Backgrounds could use better detail. You could've put yellow/white painted lines on the road to make the movement and the fact that it's a road more clear. There could maybe be some clouds in the sky.
Everything could use some shading, but make sure you know what you're doing before adding shading, 'cause sometimes people ruin their drawings with poor shading and they'd be better off without it.

Pretty decent overall, but it could use more effort.

KageTheLog responds:

Yeah I guess I was just too lazy. But thanks for the really good advices! I really appreciate it.

I have webcomics on my website.
