Fuck yes

This has also been one of my favourite Zelda songs since I heard it, and this is a kickass remix. I was shocked when I heard the song in Smash Bros. Melee.

Nice

The guitar has the perfect disco feel to it.

Unoriginal?

Sounds like "Unse Unse" by dUMBOpATTAR... So I'm guessing there's some pre-made stuff you guys are using (or one of you copied the other).

Isn't this a loop?

I dunno much about music, but I didn't like that violin-like (?) string instrument that sometimes played in the song, but I thought it fit in very well near the end when you had it faster and flowing together better (from 1:23 onward).

Below 2? I think not

I saw a low score on B-Sides, gave it a listen, and didn't really like it... Then I saw another low score here, heard it out, and disagreed! This was pretty nice and I could see it being used in some project or other, though it wasn't what I was looking for.

Cool

I thought it was pretty cool.

Cool

Yoink! I'll be using this in my game's menu screen. Good job on this.

Good

I just happen to be making a game about a swordsman who has to defend himself from ninjas, and I think this song'll fit in well. I'll probably use this in my upcoming game, "Blind Swordsman".

Not bad

Could be better, but it's pretty good. I think I'll use this in my upcoming game, "Blind Swordsman".

Pretty cool

Pretty cool, but like someone before me said, it sounds more sad than peaceful... Well, I guess that could be the same thing. This is the kind of song I'd expect to play after some huge battle with lots of bloodshed, but then there's finally peaceful times... but at a great cost.

NemesisTheory responds:

I suppose it's not entirely misplaced in it's title, as it wasn't meant to be peaceful to be honest.

The original idea was for a desolate village, desolate in the meaning that it was barren, devastated, forsaken and deprived of life. As you said, perhaps indeed after a huge battle?

Thanks for the review. :)

I have webcomics on my website.
