Haha
Laughed the whole way through. I don't think it deserves a 5, but I just had to give it one.

Needs a preloader/play button
The sound got out of sync... I'm not sure if this was due to the lack of preloader or perhaps you had all the sound recordings in one file and had it set to play "event" instead of "stream"? In any case, you should always use "stream" for voice acting 'cause it usually ensures the sounds will stay in sync. Just open the "properties" panel in Flash, click on the keyframe you put your sound clip on, then look for the dropdown menu that has "stream" in it and pick that.
... I just watched again and paused/unpaused at random spots and sometimes the sounds did seem like they were streaming... other times it replayed the sound from the start... Then it was still way out of sync by the end... Anyhow, streaming's the way to go.
Decent humour, animation was pretty cheap. You should observe the way people walk 'cause your walking cycle wasn't very convincing. You plant one leg on the floor in front of you and keep it planted; you life your other leg and move it forwards until that planted leg is now behind you, and then you plant that other leg of yours in front of you... and you lift that leg that's behind you and things continue like that...
Plus you had the "rear" leg appear to be touching lower ground than the "front" leg, which is impossible.
Nice backgrounds
The backgrounds were pretty nice. There was some good frame by frame stuff in there with a nice small touch of motion tweens (or just manually resizing/rotating stuff). Those body shapes look kinda bad to me, but I guess that doesn't really matter if you're going for a cartoony look.
Your right, my anatomy isn't exactly up to scratch, leaving my characters looking badly deformed and terribly drawn. I wasn't really aiming for realism, but then again that shouldn't be an excuse for laziness. Ill be sure to practice. :]
Thanks for the critisism anyway. Its much appreciated.
Amusing
Short, little animation, hardly any detail in the backgrounds and such, and we've all seen a father strangle his son a thousand times thanks to The Simpsons... yet I was amused. I think that toss after the strangle was a nice touch.
What did I just watch?
What the...? I think you might be insane. I think Hitler's gonna save this movie, though.
Nice colouring
The colouring on your still pictures looked very nice. Nice backgrounds, too. The animation was sorta lacking since they stayed perfectly still while they were talking on most of the frames with the nice colouring, and you put less detail into the colouring when they did move. I think exaggerated/unnecessary movement is an important part of cartoony styles.
Alright
The voices were kinda unclear/hard to understand. Animation and backgrounds were pretty good. Sort of amused me, but not my sort of animation.
Not quite getting it
I think I missed the part about this that's supposed to be great. Interesting concept, but I'm guessing the ones by other people are like this (I'm not gonna watch a few minutes of headless people on webcam talking about themselves for each person that made one).
Good
These shorts are funny, but they're way overrated. It's scary to think that the top 50 will be conquered entirely by Cyanide & Happiness shorts before we know it, and that's not an exaggeration. Large fanbases are scary things...
Good
Intense action, good sound effects. I like how you had the pause at the end for him to say the technique name like in the actual show.
I have webcomics on my website.
