Good

Made me smile a bit. The animation is pretty simple, but you have very nice art and animating technique. I loved the faces when Tingle shows up. I think this is a bit overrated, though. I sure wouldn't call it equal to Final Fantasy A+ (which currently has the same score).

I know what you mean. I didn't expect this to get so high a score (it came out of judgement at 3.6, then just shot up) but all animations generally go down in score after getting a lot of publicity, as I fully expect mine to.

I bet FFA+ (I think that's in my faves from many years ago) started out at 4.6+ though, well deservingly so, but it just gradually went down.

By the way, I loved Link Misses His Target (as a flash, and especially the concept behind it)

Pretty good

Quite smooth, nice cartoony feel to it. Of course, it's not incredibly amazing since there's no real background and it's all just black and white (with a bit of grey, which does help). His walking sequence was pretty awkward since you kept him on that sorta side view.

yeah... i wanted him to walk like that. he's a 2D character that lacks depth and weight in a world of B/W. i was kinda going for that "notebook doodle"look. i think it works...

[The Random Insults Collab]

Couldn't sit through it all

There was pretty much no animation. Some of the things I flipped through had a little, but it all just the same insult shit with those computer speech voices in a Clock Crew style. Not clever, no real thought put into it... just... well, as the title says, random insults. I think more tactfully planned insults would've been better since... well, applicable insults are usually the only funny ones. Hearing a bunch of swear words, "your mother" statements, and claiming a person performs particularly slutty/degrading acts is nothing new. You hear these things everywhere on the internet and in real life and it's just completely meaningless.
Just watch 10 seconds of this "animation" and then you can skip through them to look at the small amount of art. This might be hilarious to you guys, but it's boring and drawn out too long to me (maybe like how my review appears to you, but at least my criticisms and very mild insults hold some truth).

Sorta alright

I didn't know the calendar was the play button at first... I just right-clicked and chose "play". And I'm just guessing the rain is the end? You should really make it more clear.
The animation was nice, but this was pretty pointless and sorta boring.

Epilepsy warning

That song was pretty fucked up... and those fucked up animations (not the lines) sure suited it. Anyhow, the song wasn't my sort of thing. It sounded really "out of it" whereas I prefer music that's more in sync with itself. Watching lines go crazy for however long this was proved to not be too entertaining.

Nice backgrounds

The backgrounds were pretty nice. There was some good frame by frame stuff in there with a nice small touch of motion tweens (or just manually resizing/rotating stuff). Those body shapes look kinda bad to me, but I guess that doesn't really matter if you're going for a cartoony look.

Your right, my anatomy isn't exactly up to scratch, leaving my characters looking badly deformed and terribly drawn. I wasn't really aiming for realism, but then again that shouldn't be an excuse for laziness. Ill be sure to practice. :]

Nice colouring

The colouring on your still pictures looked very nice. Nice backgrounds, too. The animation was sorta lacking since they stayed perfectly still while they were talking on most of the frames with the nice colouring, and you put less detail into the colouring when they did move. I think exaggerated/unnecessary movement is an important part of cartoony styles.

Meh

That wasn't even the song from Dr. Mario... Animation was pretty good, I didn't find it very funny, though. The general idea of Mario calling himself a doctor with no medical background is good, but it's been done before and it's harder to laugh at an "overall joke" than smaller ones...

Amusing

Could use a little work on the graphics... I mean, they looked OK by themselves, but some of the animation looked a bit cheesy/lazy. Also, the voices were pretty quiet... try to make sure the audio you use in movies is at a normal volume level.

Thanks, I was stressed for time being this was one of 3 final projects, and the audio was direct rips, all depending on the quality from the movie to begin with. Im thinking about continuing it, well see.

Funny

At first, I couldn't tell if you made this bad on purpose or if this was a serious attempt. I eventually concluded that it was done poorly on purpose... no offense if you were actually trying to make a good looking Flash movie. I was laughing quite a lot. The non-transparent sprites, the... ah, it was all funny.
